Frances Altheia Rutledge born on January 25, 1957 to the late Roosevelt Rutledge and Lola Sessions in Hawthorne Florida. On December 9th, 2020 she was called home to be with the Lord.
She received her formal education in the public school system of Alachua County. She was a former cook at Small World Day Care Center.
She was preceded in death by three siblings; Kenneth Daniels Sr., Maxine Rutledge and Brenda Rutledge.
She leaves to cherish her loving and devoted companion and caretaker, Willie Manning Sr. “PoppaBoy” One son, Everett Rutledge(companion Briana) of Gainesville FL. Six bonus kids Tarsha Frazier (Rod) of Virginia, Latrina Manning (Gene), Sylena Manning (Antonio), Willie Manning Jr. (Brittney), Jackie Manning (Kita) and Lionel Manning (Patty) all of Ocala Florida.
She also leaves to cherish two sisters and seven brothers; Stacey Thompkins, Symantha Rutledge Rolston of Gainesville Fl, Ronald Rutledge (Andrea), Alton Rutledge, Ricky Rutledge, Ralph Rutledge of Hawthorne Fl. Darryl Sessions (Harriette), Jonell Sessions (Nia) of Gainesville Fl. Lorenzo Rutledge (Jewel) of Crescent City Florida. One sister in law; Brenda Daniels. Three grandchildren; Tyrissa Mann, Rontravious Rutledge and Eveony Lockerman. Aunts; Doris Floyd, Phyllis Jackson, Ozella Miller, Linda Harper (James), Joyce Scott, Ruthell Forbes (Roy). Uncles; Bobby Rutledge, Willie Rutledge Jr., Raymond Scott (Mary), Gary Miller (Debra), Joseph Wright. Special nieces and nephews in which she helped raise; Anaysah, Sharmia, Matthew and Jahari; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
