A time to love
Kelis was an extraordinary person; she was known to many as being a very loving, caring, and humble woman who touched the lives of everyone she met. Kelis had many loves but the ones that meant the most were being the mother to her daughter Kirsten, a sibling to her brothers & sisters, a daughter to her Father, and God knows an aunt to her nieces and nephews. She affectionately cared for each of them as if they were her very own. She always remembered birthdays and made sure to celebrate each occasion with so much excitement. Every person in the world, to her, was just a friend she had not met yet. She always saw the good in people even when others did not. Her life was exemplarily of what a forgiving heart should look like even when life seems unfair.
