Elnora “Nora” was a loving, kind and caring person. A graduate of the Hawthorne High School class of 1980, retired from University of Florida after 28 years of service. Elnora was a devoted mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Elnora volunteered at Chester Shell Elementary as the school crossing guard. Her greatest gift and joy in life was caring for kids, family and elderly. She lived her life to the fullest. So many moments shared will not be forgotten. She’s gone now, but she will always be remembered and have a special place in our hearts.
She is proceeded in death by her mother, Yvonne Turner;grandmother, Eva Elnora Turner; sisters, Mildred Monroe and Carolyn Turner; aunt, Ruby Mae Griffin; Uncle,Allen Turner Sr.; nieces, Tawanna Gibson and Diamond Turner; great nephew, Tavares Turner Jr and brother-in-law, Herman Sander Sr.
